2 Gold Difference, West Java in First Position, Beating Jakarta

Jakarta, Todaysgist.com – The West Java (Jabar) contingent overtook Jakarta in the medal standings with a lead of two golds.

As of Wednesday (18/9/2024) at 22.00 WIB, West Java is perched in first place after winning 148 gold, 132 silver, and 133 bronze. Meanwhile, Jakarta follows with 146 gold, 123 silver, and 116 bronze.

On Wednesday (18/9/2024), West Java won 14 gold medals each from traditional boat rowing, swimming, shooting, athletics (3), sambo, horse riding, karate, rafting, and weightlifting (4).

Meanwhile, DKI won nine golds from swimming (3), athletics (4), billiards and wrestling.

East Java is in third place with 112 gold, 113 silver, and 118 bronze. Fourth place is filled by host North Sumatra with 67 gold, 36 silver, and 87 bronze.

Another host, Aceh, is in fifth place with a collection of 55 gold, 41 silver and 48 bronze. Meanwhile, the sixth position is occupied by Central Java with 53 gold, 52 silver and 93.

Seventh place is occupied by Bali which collected 27 gold, 25 silver and 48 bronze. Followed by the Special Region of Yogyakarta with 23 gold, 32 silver and 41 bronze.

The ninth position is occupied by East Kalimantan with 20 gold, 41 silver, and 51 bronze medals. Meanwhile, the last position in the top 10 is filled by Lampung with 19 gold, 14 silver, and 25 bronze.

Meanwhile, the IKN contingent has not won any medals at all. The second position from the bottom is occupied by North Maluku with one bronze. Other contingents that have just won bronze are PBD with a collection of three and Bengkulu which has only won five bronzes.
