2023 SEA Games Medal Standings: Declining Again, Indonesia is in 4th Place

– Indonesia’s position in the 2023 SEA Games medal standings has dropped again. Until Monday evening (8/5/2023) at 23.30 WIB, the Indonesian contingent was in fourth place by collecting a total of 84 medals with details of 22 gold, 19 silver and 43 bronze.

This is after Vietnam, which was ranked fourth, surprisingly pushed its way up to second place. Vietnam has collected 93 medals with details of 29 gold, 29 silver and 35 bronze.

Thailand is in third place with 82 medals, namely 28 gold, 21 silver and 23 bronze.

Top of the standings is occupied by hosts Cambodia with an even number of 100 medals of 37 gold, 31 silver and 32 bronze

During the day the Red and White squad won 27 medals with details of 6 gold, 8 silver and 13 bronze.

The gold was won by athlete Abdul Hafiz, the women’s MTB Bike Team, the Kun Bukator men’s team, the Kun Bukator men’s doubles, the Kun Bukator Women’s Team, and the men’s volleyball team.
