Barcelona May Loan Vitor Rogue
Jakarta, Todaysgist.com – Barcelona are likely to loan out 19-year-old Brazilian player Vitor Rogue.
The player who usually plays in the attacking line was brought in from Atletico Paranaense in 2024. However, until now, he has only played 14 times wearing the Barcelona uniform.
Barcelona have previously confirmed that they will not sell Vitor Roque this summer, following discussions between Barca sporting director Deco and the player’s agent Andre Cury. However, a loan option is open for him.
The idea is that the teenager will stay in La Liga to develop further, but remain close to his parent club. However, that could change.
According to Bar Canaletes, Premier League club Bournemouth – who are already close to signing Julian Araujo – are now making an attempt to bring in Roque. In principle, a loan with an option to buy would be the operation that the Premier League club, who recently sold star striker Dominic Solanke to Tottenham Hotspur, would want.
Barcelona are likely to give the green light to the deal, provided the purchase option is above the price they paid Athletic Paranaense last summer.
The problem Bournemouth may face is that Roque and Cury may decide not to move to England. Their only desire is to leave Barcelona but on loan to a club in La Liga.
