BRI Becomes Main Sponsor of the U-14 Kompas League, a Real Form of Support for Youth Football Development

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – U-14 Kompas League (LKG) Powered by BRI officially started on Sunday, (15/12/2024), at Kera Sakti Field, Puspitek, South Tangerang. This competition is one of the most prestigious youth football events in Indonesia, involving 16 of the best Football Schools (SSB) from various regions who will compete for 15 weeks from mid-December 2024 to May 2025.

This year, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is present as the main sponsor, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the development of the national football talent ecosystem and the transformation of Indonesian football. This support is part of efforts to create a more professional, inclusive and sustainable football foundation.

The opening of the U-14 LKG was attended by PSSI General Chair Erick Thohir, BRI Commercial, Small and Medium Business Director Amam Sukriyanto, and Chief Editor of Kompas Daily and Chair of the U-14 LKG Organizer Sutta Sutta Dharmasaputra. This event will be enlivened by procession team captain, appearance marching bandas well as symbolization kick-off.

The best players from LKG U-14 Powered by BRI will have the opportunity to take part in the Training Camp and represent Indonesia at the Gothia Cup 2025 in Sweden, one of the biggest youth football tournaments in the world.
