CFX Announces 2 Members Obtain Full Physical Crypto Asset Trader Licenses

Liputan6.com, Jakarta PT Bursa Komoditi Nusantara (CFX) announced that two of its members, Pluang through partners PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang (BSC) and PT Pintu Kemana Saja (PINTU) have officially obtained full licenses as Physical Crypto Asset Traders (PFAK) from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti).

The acquisition of this license is part of the implementation of the rules stipulated in Bappebti Regulation Number 13 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Bappebti Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Physical Market Trading of Crypto Assets (Crypto Assets) on the Futures Exchange.

This regulation aims to tighten operational requirements and standards for crypto asset trading companies, with a focus on improving transaction, security and transparency aspects.

With these stricter regulations, it is hoped that the crypto asset trading industry can operate more safely, effectively and orderly, while protecting the interests of all parties involved, including investors.
