Crypto Price Today August 2, 2024: Bitcoin Strengthens Again Limitedly

Todaysgist.com, Jakarta – Bitcoin and other top crypto prices were seen experiencing mixed movements on Friday (2/8/2024). The majority of top cryptos were seen still in the red zone.

Based on data from Coinmarketcapthe crypto with the largest market capitalization, Bitcoin (BTC) strengthened slightly. Bitcoin rose 0.90 percent in 24 hours, but still weakened 0.6 percent for the week. Currently, the price of Bitcoin is at the level of USD 65,285 per or equivalent to IDR 1.06 billion (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 16,288 per US dollar).

Ethereum (ETH) is also still weakening. ETH fell 0.69 percent in the past day, but is still up 0.48 percent for the week. With that, ETH is currently at the level of Rp 52.1 million per coin.

The next crypto, Binance coin (BNB) is still weakening. In the last 24 hours BNB fell 0.17 percent, but still strengthened 0.21 percent a week. That makes BNB priced at IDR 9.35 million per coin.

Then Cardano (ADA) is back in the green zone. ADA is up 1.03 percent in the last 24 hours, but is still down 0.87 percent for the week. With that, ADA is at the level of Rp 6,386 per coin.

Meanwhile, Solana (SOL) is still weakening. SOL fell 2.26 percent in a day and 2.65 percent in a week. Currently, the price of SOL is at the level of IDR 2.73 million per coin.

XRP is still seen in the red zone. XRP corrected 4.21 percent in 24 hours and 0.81 percent a week. With that, XRP is now priced at IDR 9,712 per coin.

Meme Coin Dogecoin (DOGE) is still weakening. In the last day DOGE fell 2.18 percent and 5.11 percent in a week. This makes DOGE traded at the level of Rp 1,939 per token.

Today’s crypto prices of stablecoin Tether (USDT) and USD coin (USDC) both strengthened by 0.01 percent. This makes the price of both still remain at the level of USD 1.00

Meanwhile, Binance USD (BUSD) strengthened 0.01 percent in the last 24 hours, keeping its price at the USD 1.00 level.

As for the overall crypto market capitalization today, it is at the level of USD 2.33 trillion or equivalent to IDR 37.84 trillion, down around 0.06 percent in the last day.
