A message has been sent to the crew member, warning them not to leave the house. Sudipto Sen, director of ‘The Kerala Story’, has given this information to the Mumbai Police.
Sudipto Sen told the Mumbai Police that one of his crew members received a message from an unknown number. It was written in that message that do not leave the house alone. The crew member told this to Sudipto Sen. According to sources, Amboli Police has its office in the police station area, due to which the Amboli Police has been asked to take cognizance of the matter.
What is threatening message?
Police sources told that if needed, their security will also be increased. The police is probing the matter. In the threatening message sent to the crew member, it was written, ‘Don’t get out of the house alone. You have not done well by showing this story. Since no written complaint has been given in this matter, therefore no FIR has been registered so far. But the police has given security to the crew member.
The reason behind the controversy over ‘The Kerala Story’
It is known that The Kerala Story was released in theaters on 5 May. But even before its release, it has been embroiled in controversies. It has also been banned in some states. It is shown in the film how 32 thousand girls in Kerala are converted and included in the terrorist organization ISIS. It has been claimed in ‘The Kerala Story’ that 32,000 girls from the state of Kerala suddenly disappeared. Then after conversion, she joined the terrorist group ISIS.
