East Java League 2 derby, Gresik United Optimistic to Silence Sidoarjo Deltas

Gresik, Beritasatu.com – Gresik United is optimistic that they will silence hosts Deltras Sidoarjo in the East Java League 2 Group 3 derby which will take place at the Gelora Delta Sidoarjo Stadium, Sunday (5/1/2025) afternoon. Djajang Nurjaman’s squad is targeting getting three points in this match.

Gresik United coach Djajang Nurjaman said his team would face Deltras Sidoarjo with a stronger squad. There are new players, both local and foreign, joining. With the addition of this new strength, Djajang Nurjaman is optimistic that he can defeat the Sidoarjo Deltas.

Moreover, the points between the two teams only differ by one point. Deltras is in fourth place with 19 points. Gresik United is in fifth place with 18 points. It is predicted that the match will be tight.
