Extreme Weather, Indonesian Team Installs Independent AC in 2024 Paris Olympic Athletes Village
Specifically, the contingent prepared 15 portable ACs for use by athletes in their respective rooms. CdM Indonesia for the Paris Olympics Anindya Bakrie hopes that this can increase the comfort of athletes, especially when doing activities in the athlete village rooms.
The team also prepared medical anticipation through the presence of a team of doctors who can help if athletes encounter fitness problems related to the hot weather in Paris.
“We installed AC in the athletes’ rooms. There are a total of 15 portable AC units, the purpose of which is to anticipate the hot weather in the city of Paris. With the installation of AC, hopefully it can help athletes be more comfortable,” said Anindya Bakrie in the official release of NOC Indonesia.
“In addition, we have also prepared a team of doctors who will anticipate the hot weather in Paris,” explained the CdM of the Indonesian Team for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
