Hamster Kombat announces exchanges that will list HMSTR after airdrop

The team behind Hamster Kombat, one of the most popular games distributed via Telegram, recently announced the exchanges that will list the HMSTR token after the long-awaited airdrop, scheduled to take place on September 26, 2024.

Among the confirmed platforms are Bybit, Bitfinex and OKX, three of the largest exchanges in the cryptocurrency market. However, so far, there is no confirmation about a possible listing on Binance, one of the largest global exchanges.

Hamster Kombat has become a standout in the cryptocurrency gaming scene, reaching over 300 million active users worldwide. The game, distributed mainly via Telegram, has become a phenomenon in the so-called “clicker games” segment, simple interactive games where users click repeatedly to perform actions.

The popularity of the game and the anticipation surrounding the launch of the HMSTR token have generated great anticipation among the crypto community, especially for those waiting for the opportunity to trade the token on exchanges.

The first exchange to confirm the listing of HMSTR was OKEx on August 30, 2024. Soon after, on September 3, Bybit also confirmed that it would include the token on its trading platform. It is worth noting that Bybit already offers pre-market options for the HMSTR token, indicating strong support for the launch.

The latest addition to the list is Bitfinex, which announced on September 6 that it would also be including the HMSTR token on its trading platform. These three exchanges form a solid base of support for the token launch, allowing gamers and crypto enthusiasts to trade their tokens with ease after the airdrop.

Despite being one of the most anticipated exchanges by the community, there has been no official announcement so far that Binance will list the HMSTR token. However, there is still time for further announcements to be made before the token generation and airdrop event. Expectations for a possible listing on Binance remain high, given the large trading volume that this platform can bring to the token.

As Hamster Kombat celebrates global success, the company faces legal challenges in Russia. Some early investors in the project claim to have funded part of the game’s development and are demanding a share of the profits.

While this has raised concerns in the Russian media about the impact of this dispute on the token’s listings, the Hamster Kombat team has assured that negotiations with exchanges remain solid and that these issues have not interfered with the listing agreements.
