Hikmat/Ratri Win the BWF Best Para-Badminton Pair Award Again

Hangzhou, Beritasatu.com – Para-badminton mixed doubles from Indonesia Hikmat Ramdani/Leani Ratri Oktila won the BWF Best Para-Badminton Pair 2024 award.

This is the second time for Hikmat/Ratri after last year. This award was given at the BWF World Tour Finals 2024 gala dinner which took place Monday (9/12/2024) evening at the Intercontinental Hotel, Hangzhou, China.

The gold medal winner at the Paris 2024 Paralympics is happy and grateful for winning this award.

“I’m happy and proud to be able to defend this title. Hopefully we can get it again in the following years. For me as an individual, this might be the sixth award. This year we fought from zero and were full of struggle,” said Ratri.

Wisdom is also grateful to be the best again. “Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to be able to get this award again,” he said.

Hikmat/Ratri also dedicated the best couple award to NPC Indonesia. “Apart from the family, this award is definitely for NPC Indonesia. Making NPC Indonesia proud. Hopefully athletes with disabilities can continue to excel,” said Ratri.
