HYBE Rejects Min Hee Jin’s Request to Return as CEO of ADOR: Shareholders Agreement Has Expired

Min Hee Jin, who was dismissed from the position of CEO and Director of ADOR, Tuesday (27/8/2024), it turns out that this was an independent decision of the ADOR board of directors, not related to the shareholder agreement.

“The decision to dismiss Min Hee Jin as CEO was made independently by ADOR’s board of directors as part of a business management decision. It is unrelated to HYBE or the shareholders’ agreement,” concluded the ADOR team.

Disappointed that Min Hee Jin was considered inconsistent and did not respect the decision of the ADOR board of directors, HYBE added: “We regret that Min Hee Jin, who has long emphasized the importance of ADOR’s independent management as a separate entity, did not respect the decision of ADOR’s board of directors.”
