IBL 2024 results: Dewa United Lumat Pelita Jaya

Todaysgist.com, Jakarta- Dewa United Banten took revenge on Pelita Jaya Jakarta in the 2024 IBL regular season. Dewa United won a landslide victory 93-70 when hosted by Pelita Jaya at the Britama Arena, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Saturday (22/6/2024) evening WIB.

In this match, Pelita Jaya had to play with only two foreign players. Justi Brownlee cannot play because he is playing for the Philippine national team. Agassi Goantara is also absent due to injury.

The meeting between Pelita Jaya and Dewa United was exciting since the first quarter. Dewa United was able to make a good start. Led by Tavario Miller, Dewa United was able to take a double digit lead 20-10 in the first quarter.

In this first quarter, Pelita Jaya's field goals were so bad that they were far behind the visiting team. On the other hand, Dewa United had problems with fouls. Two of his mainstay players, Jordan Adams and Lester Prosper, received two fouls in the first quarter.

Entering the second quarter, Pelita Jaya's game improved. They were able to cut the gap to just five points after Andakara Prastawa hit two three-pointers. KJ McDaniels also hit a three-pointer.
