“After learning that a security officer was using a flashlight on airport users, we immediately instructed him to stop the action. Although we are not fully aware of the security situation at the gate, at the ticket counter, or the security at the specific location, we take full moral responsibility for the inconvenience experienced during the security process. We sincerely apologize to those who were inconvenienced,” VARO said.
