Indonesian netizens urge Oxford United to field Marselino Ferdinand against Middlesbrough

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – The Indonesian public hopes that Marselino Ferdinand will be played when his club Oxford United continues their action in the Championship competition against Middlesbrough on Saturday (23/11/2024).

Playing at the Kassam Stadium, Oxford United will appear in Week 16 against those in seventh place. Oxford United really needs a win because they are still scattered in 16th position.

The tweet then received various comments asking Oxford United to play Marselino Ferdinand. “Give him a little (playing) time. It’s not enough just to share this news to get interaction on social media,” one netizen commented.

Another netizen wrote, “Hopefully Ferdinand can also make more contributions to Oxford United! It’s time to celebrate.”

The Oxford United Indonesia account also asked the coach to play the 20 year old player. “@DesBuckingham you really should consider this kid,” the account wrote.

While the X Jayje account wrote, “Oxford United, you got one of our best players. Please give him more time to play for his development. Thank You.”
