Indosat Promises 15 Percent Faster Internet in Kalimantan

With this achievement, both parties are driving the progress of mobile communication technology innovation, with a scale of more than 100 million users and 26 locations throughout Indonesia.

Completing the consolidation and transformation to cloud core within 14 months is a world-first achievement.

With this consolidation and transformation, Indosat promises their customers’ network experience will improve. Those living in the Kalimantan region are also promised to enjoy Indosat internet with 15 percent faster download speeds.

Additionally, the average round trip time (RTT) will be reduced by 11 percent for Facebook usage.

Not only that, third-party reports state that thanks to this consolidation and transformation, customers in Central Java also experience better performance when surfing the internet, especially for gaming and live streaming.
