Inter Milan is firmly at the top of the standings

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Inter Milan won 1-0 over Leipzig in the 2024/2025 Champions League, Wednesday (27/11/2024) early morning WIB. This result brought Inter Milan to the top of the standings with 13 points, one point ahead of Barcelona and Liverpool.

The Nerazzurri’s winning goal came in the 27th minute when Leipzig defender Castello Lukeba accidentally deflected Federico Dimarco’s free kick into his own net.

The team captain, Lautaro Martinez, almost added a second goal for Inter, but in a chaotic situation in the penalty box, Leipzig managed to secure the ball.

Inter had a golden opportunity at the start of the second half through Denzel Dumfries’ quick action from the right, but his shot went off target.
