Kim Woo Bin is not alone. His co-star in the film, senior actor Kim Sung Kyun, also admitted that he had not previously known about the police officer.
“I didn’t know about probation officers or martial arts officers. I only knew about it from this movie. I initially imagined that this was a strict and tough profession. But after meeting them in person, I found out that this wasn’t entirely true,” he said.
He added, “Watching the probation officers work, I realized that they not only monitor the people they supervise, but also protect the community, even admonishing them like an older brother,” he said.
