Based on several leaks, the Galaxy Ring will be supported by quite complete health monitoring features. Most recently, as quoted by Gizmochina, Thursday (4/7/2024), the APK version of the Samsung Health application revealed the features that will be on the Galaxy Ring.

According to Android Authority's report, basic health tracking features will be the core function of the Galaxy Ring.

Through this feature, users will be able to monitor their heart rate and stress levels and can view the data directly through the Samsung Health application. The application will also have a special interface for data visualization.

In addition to basic tracking, the Samsung Galaxy Ring will also offer more advanced health metrics. The app also hints at features like skin temperature measurement and menstrual cycle prediction.

Not only that, the Galaxy Ring will also be equipped with the ability to detect snoring, but similar to the Galaxy Watch, it seems that users will need a smartphone that is being charged nearby.
