Min Hee Jin wins against HYBE and stays at ADOR, observers think the situation at the NewJeans agency will remain complicated

However, HYBE underlined the judge's statement regarding Min Hee Jin trying to weaken their position in ADOR – which is its subsidiary.

“As the court clearly stated in its decision, 'Min Hee Jin was proven to have sought ways to weaken HYBE's control over ADOR and allow Min Hee Jin to control ADOR independently, either by removing NewJeans from HYBE's control or pressuring HYBE to sell its shares in ADOR,' “Our company plans to continue the next steps within the limits determined by law,” said HYBE.
