When users open the Google search homepage on Saturday (17/8/2024), a colorful, cute animation will immediately appear that forms the word Google, complete with the Indonesian flag in the animation.

Apparently, the animation depicts a parade with various traditional clothes and accessories that are rich in Indonesian cultural elements.

This Google Doodle celebrating Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day was illustrated by a guest artist from Bali, Monez.

The illustration aims to honor the nation’s rich cultural heritage and its vision for a bright future with the theme New Nusantara, New Indonesia.
