How to Turn On or Off Autocorrect on Samsung Keyboard

  • Go to Settings > Gboard > Text correction.

3. Enable Spell Check: If you want autocorrect off, but still want your text to be free from typos, enable this featurer spell check. Misspelled words will be underlined in red, without being automatically changed.

  • Go to Settings > Text correction.
  • Enable Spell check.

With the steps above, you can set autocorrect as needed, either enable, disable, or optimize to better suit your typing style.
