Overcome AZ Alkmaar, West Ham United to the Final of the European Competition After Waiting 47 Years

Apart from reaching the final of his first European competition since 1976, West Ham is also unbeaten this season in all European matches. It was recorded that Declan Rice and his colleagues won 13 matches and only drew once. They also scored 33 goals and only conceded eight.

Those 13 wins are more than 50 per cent of West Ham’s total wins in all competitions this season (25). This means that David Moyes’ squad has not been able to appear consistently in all the competitions he has participated in.

This is also Moyes’ second final in his career as a manager after first reaching the FA Cup final in the 2008/2009 season with Everton.
