Based on Coinmarketcap data, Thursday (18/7/2024), the price of ApeCoin was IDR 13,503 with a 24-hour trading volume of around IDR 922.7 billion.

ApeCoin has gained 1.24 percent in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, its current Coinmarketcap ranking is 125, down from its previous position of 100 in April 2024.

ApeCoin has a market capitalization of Rp 8.1 trillion. To date, there has been a circulation of supply of around 306.8 million ApeCoins from a maximum of 1 billion ApeCoins.

ApeCoin is built on Ethereum's ERC-20 token standard. This cryptocurrency is traded on some of the largest exchanges, such as Binance, FTX, Huobi, KuCoin, Bybit, Kraken, and so on.

ApeCoin is a decentralized project inspired by Yuga Labs’ Bored Ape Yacht Club project. ApeCoin was created to be used in the growing APE Ecosystem, supported by the APE Foundation.

The ApeCoin DAO aims to build and maintain the APE Ecosystem in a fair and inclusive manner, providing the infrastructure for ApeCoin holders to collaborate through an open and permissionless governance process.

ApeCoin is the governance token of the APE Ecosystem, allowing token holders to participate in the ApeCoin DAO and providing its participants with a shared and open currency that can be used without a centralized intermediary.

A total of 62 percent of all ApeCoins are allocated to the Ecosystem Fund, which will support community-driven initiatives voted on by ApeCoin DAO members.

ApeCoin also provides access to certain parts of the Ecosystem that are not available to others, such as exclusive games and services. For third-party developers, ApeCoin is a tool to participate in the ecosystem by incorporating ApeCoin into services, games, and other projects.
