Playing in a draw with Bali United, Persib Bandung won the half season

Gianyar, Beritasatu.com – Bali United failed to secure victory against Persib Bandung in the 12th week of the postponed BRI Liga 1 2024/2025 match at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar with a score of 1-1. However, Persib Bandung remains at the top of the standings.

The goal from hosts Bali United only came in the 47th minute from Rahmat Arjuna, while Persib Bandung’s equalizing goal was scored in the 90+3 minute through Gustavo Franca.

With a draw, Bali United coach Stefano Cugurra was disappointed with the results obtained by his team.

“What is clear is that we are disappointed with the result of the match, we played better than them (Persib Bandung). We controlled the match and defended. In the second half we played well and scored a goal, but in the last minute a player got a red card and the opponent was able to score a goal,” said Bali United coach Stefano to the media crew, Tuesday (7/1/2025).

“What is certain is that I am disappointed with this result and the extra time given by the referee, namely 10 minutes,” said Teco after the match.

Teco highlighted the referee’s leadership in this match. The match led by M Erfan Efendi gave a total of eight yellow cards to players including Teco and one red card to Yabes Roni.

“The problem is actually with the referee, and I don’t want to comment anything. What makes me emotional is why he gave me a yellow card even though he didn’t do anything wrong.
