Regarding Louvre Club Case, Perbasi Respects DKI High Court Decision

In practice, based on reports from several Vendors, Louvre still has unpaid obligations. Several Vendors have reported this to PP Perbasi.

One of them, the streaming provider with a bill of Rp 400 million. Not to mention other vendors such as buses, venues and so on that have not been paid.

“So PP Perbasi is trying to help vendors whose payments have not yet been completed by Louvre. We intend that Erick Herlangga should have good intentions first to complete his obligations to the Vendors, so that we can immediately return the deposit,” explained George.

“With the condition of the verdict like this, how can the vendors who have helped this basketball get a guarantee of payment?” added the Secretary General of PP Perbasi, Nirmala Dewi.

With this situation, PP Perbasi has actually won the lawsuit filed by Louvre 3 times.

“So actually in this case Perbasi won many cases sued by Louvre. We won three lawsuits. Starting from the lawsuit against the law, then at the appeal level we also won. Then the lawsuit related to breach of contract we also initially won at the District Court level,” explained Nirmala Dewi.

“Then to return the deposit money, there is no need to go to court. The name of the deposit money will definitely be returned if all matters with the related parties are completed,” he continued.
