Slaughtering TNI AU Electric 3-0, Petrokimia Gresik wins third place in Livoli 2024 Final Four

Gresik, Beritasatu.com – The Petrokimia Gresik women’s volleyball team achieved another victory after beating TNI AU Electric with a score of 3-0 (25-22, 25-16, and 25-16) in final four Livoli Main Division 2024 at GOR Tri Darma Gresik, Saturday (16/11/2024). This victory is the third for Mediol Stiovany Yoku and friends and remains firmly at the top of the standings.

Playing in front of hundreds of supporters, in the first set TNI AU Electric tried to give Petrokimia Gresik resistance. Both teams are chasing each other for points. Although in the end Ayup Hidayat’s children were able to end the match with a score of 25-22.

Entering the second set, after understanding the opponent’s weaknesses. Petrokimia Gresik was able to speed up the match a little easier, namely 25-16. Petro’s neat play could not be separated from the team captains Mediol and Shella Bernadetha who were consistent throughout the match.

Then in the final set Petrokimia Gresik made TNI AU Electric unable to move and unable to develop the game. In this third set, Mediol and Shella also contributed points most often for Petrokimia.

The team coached by Alim Suseno had to recognize the toughness of Petrokimia Gresik with a score of 25-16 in the match final four Livoli Premier Division 2024.

After the match, Petrokimia coach Ayup Hidayat assessed this victory as thanks to his players who were able to translate his tactics well. Also the players play freely, making the match interesting.

“Yes, we will carry out an evaluation even though we win tonight. In the sector receive and blocks that need to be addressed in the next match,” he said.
