Solidarity and never giving up spirit are the keys to Persebaya’s victory over PSIS

Surabaya, Beritasatu.com – Persebaya Surabaya beat PSIS Semarang with a narrow score of 0-1, Saturday (2/11/2024). Persebaya coach Paul Munster admitted that the match was not easy for his team. Solidarity and a spirit of never giving up are the keys to Persebaya’s success in achieving positive results.

“We struggled to score goals with lots of opportunities. Even though it was only one goal, the most important thing was the win. All the players did their job well. Andhika helped us a lot with his saves,” said Paul Munster in Surabaya, Saturday (2/11/2024 ).

The coach from Northern Ireland added that all the players showed high commitment to achieving victory against PSIS Semarang. This commitment was reflected in the hard play shown by the players during the two rounds of the match.

“This is the result of a collective struggle. We continued to fight together from start to finish. At the end of the match, we were able to control the game and achieve victory to remain competitive at the top,” he added.

Persebaya Surabaya goalkeeper Andhika Ramadhani expressed his gratitude to all his colleagues at Green Force squad who fights endlessly.

Throughout the match, Andhika managed to make several important saves, which were considered the result of solid teamwork, both from the back, middle and front lines.
