The goal which occurred in the 76th minute brought Indonesia to win its first match in the 2024 AFF Cup.

With this victory, Marselino Ferdinan and his friends are now in second place in Group B standings after in another match Vietnam slaughtered Laos 4-1. Indonesia and Vietnam have both collected three points, but Ha Hyeok-jun’s team is ahead on goal difference.

After defeating Myanmar, the Indonesian National Team’s next schedule is to host Laos on Thursday (12/12/2024) at the Manahan Stadium, Solo. The Indonesian national team must win this match so they can continue to compete for tickets to the semifinals.

After fighting Laos, the Indonesian National Team’s schedule for the 2024 AFF Cup is to travel to Vietnam’s headquarters at Viet Tri Stadium, Viet Tri, on Sunday (15/12/2024). This match is predicted to be fierce because of the tight competition between the two teams.

The final action of the Indonesian National Team in the 2024 AFF Cup preliminary round was to host the Philippines at Manahan Stadium on Saturday (21/12/2024). On paper, Asnawi Mangkualam and his friends are predicted to win.
