Telkomsel Changes MyTelkomsel Into Super App, Can Be Used to Pay for Parking and Tolls

Todaysgist.com, Jakarta – Telkomsel announced changes to the MyTelkomsel application. The application that was previously often used by customers to top up data packages or buy credit has now changed to a super app.

The re-branding of the MyTelkomsel application to MyTelkomsel Super App coincides with the holding of the 2024 Telkomsel Awards on July 17 at the Indonesia Arena Jakarta.

Now, the MyTelkomsel application offers various superior features. Starting from digital lifestyle services that include health, travel, payment, entertainment, and commerce.

These services allow customers to record running performance, book transportation tickets and check flight status, shop and pay bills in one application.

Users of this application can also watch videos, listen to music, read articles, and even play games in this application.

Telkomsel's President Director, Nugroho, said, “The MyTelkomsel super app offers complete features to fulfill customers' digital lifestyle needs comprehensively.”

Nugroho added, with the super app, Telkomsel hopes to empower the community by providing digital services from telecommunication products to various conveniences in meeting daily needs.

Meanwhile, Telkomsel Marketing Director Derric Heng said the presence of the MyTelkomsel super app is expected to provide easy and fast access to various Telkomsel products and services.

“We are confident that MyTelkomsel superapp will become a comprehensive platform that can provide a richer, more relevant and integrated digital lifestyle experience for all customers,” said Derrick Heng.
