Many users complained about errors in the BCA Mobile application this afternoon, Wednesday (26/6/2024), around 10.30 WIB.

When the BCA Mobile application is opened, the internet connection indicator is red for a long time and then turns blue.

This is followed by the appearance of a message when the BCA Mobile application is opened that says, “temporarily the transaction cannot be processed, please try again in a few moments.”

After some time I tried to open it again, now a notification appears saying “To improve service, system maintenance is being carried out at BCA Mobile so it cannot be accessed temporarily.”
