The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 folding screen cellphone will have satellite communications, ready to compete with the iPhone?

Apart from working on the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, Xiaomi is also working on the flagship Xiaomi 15 cellphone. This Xiaomi Android cellphone offers a compact design but with powerful specifications, making it suitable for users who are looking for a flagship cellphone that is comfortable in the hand.

Quoting leaks from Weibo, as quoted from Android HeadlinesThursday (13/6/2024), Xiaomi 15 will use a 6.36-inch screen like its predecessor, Xiaomi 14.

This screen is no joke, with 1.5K resolution and LTPO technology, so the screen speed can be reduced to adjust to the movement on the screen.

Like the previous series, the specifications of the Xiaomi 15 are not empty, thanks to the embedded Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset accompanied by 1TB of storage. It is possible that this size is the highest variant of the Xiaomi 15.

In the camera sector, the Xiaomi 15 is equipped with a 50MP camera from Omnivision. For information, the sensor measures 1/1.3-inch, can capture images in more detail and absorb more light.

The main camera is accompanied by a 50MP ultrawide sensor along with a 3X zoom macro telephoto sensor.

The leak also reveals that the Xiaomi 15 cellphone uses a different material for the rear body. This cellphone will come with a glass body and a vegan leather body.

Further details leaked include the use of an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor on the screen. Not only that, this Xiaomi cellphone is also equipped with stereo speakers which produce clear and detailed sound.

Previously, Xiaomi 14 was introduced in October 2023. Based on this, it is possible that the Xiaomi 15 smartphone will also be introduced in October 2024.
