This is Guardiola’s Inspirational Speech Video to Bring Man City to the Champion

– Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions for the third season in succession and, as part of their celebrations, the club have released a video clip revealing some of Pep Guardiola’s motivational speeches over the course of the season.

The mesmerizing behind-the-scenes clips give us a glimpse of what it was like to be in the Catalan coach’s dressing room.

The 52-year-old coach has once again had an excellent response from his players this season and they are reaping the rewards now.

“Until May or June, (the Premier League trophy) is ours,” said Guardiola in one of his speeches in this video.

“And we are fighting to take it again. I want to see the character you have because you have it. And you have proven it a thousand million times. You have to prove it again,” said the former Barcelona coach.

The video brings together behind-the-scenes footage with goals, commentary and celebrations, with Guardiola’s inspirational speech as backing track the strong one.

“I push you to be more perfect,” is another iconic line from Guardiola.

“To win something, the most important thing, you have to deserve it. You want to play? You want the ball? You want to move? You want to fight? Like brothers,” added the coach who once handled Bayern Munich.

“I want my soldiers, all attacking, all defending, because everything we have won, has always been on the pitch.”

There was also particular commentary following City’s recent win over Arsenal, a triumphant statement in the title defense against challengers.

“If they want this crown, if they want it, they have to fight.”
