YouTube Warns Users Using Ad Blocker, Suggests Premium Subscription

As an alternative, the notification provides the option to subscribe to the YouTube Premium service if the user doesn’t want to see ads that interfere with their viewing activity.

This service offers the experience of watching YouTube videos and stream YouTube Music has no web or app ads, and allows content to play in the background.

For information, YouTube Premium subscribers in Indonesia are charged IDR 59,000 per month. Meanwhile, there is also a cheaper subscription option through the student package for IDR 34,990 per month.

For the family package, customers must pay IDR 99,000 per month. This plan allows access for up to five family members.
