According to rumors, Apple is using OLED screens on both of its new tablets, calling them Ultra Retina XDR Displays.

This screen improvement is very big, considering that in the previous iPad Pro series the technology giant only used miniLED panels.

Armed with this new panel, Apple claims their new iPad Pro screen will display deeper blacks, richer saturation and improved contrast.

It is explained that the screen of Apple's new tablet has a tandem OLED panel structure that is capable of producing a brightness level of 1,000 nits and 1,600 nits when displaying HDR content.

Interestingly, the company is not using the M3 chipset for this new iPad Pro line. Instead, Apple installed the M4 chip which is claimed to have 50 percent faster performance than the M2.

Apple explains, chipset The M4 is built based on the M3 GPU architecture which is equipped with a number of advanced features ranging from Dynamic Caching to Ray Tracing.

Not only that, the company has also equipped this M4 chip with their most advanced Neural Engine. Apple claims that its NPU is capable of carrying out 38 trillion operations per second.
