Ezra Miller pleads guilty – Miller denied having broken into a house last year, but returned to this on Wednesday. The The Flash actor is due to appear in court on Friday.

Ezra Miller pleads guilty in burglary case

During the burglary in May in the American state of Vermont, Miller stole several bottles of spirits. Now that the Fantastic Beasts actor has pleaded guilty, according to Deadline, there is a good chance that Miller will receive a less severe sentence.

Presumably, the American will receive a maximum of three months in prison and a fine of 500 dollars (about 465 euros). If Miller had maintained his innocence, the prison sentence could be up to 25 years. The actor is due to appear in court on Friday and then hears the judge’s verdict.

Miller, who identifies as non-binary and wants to be addressed with ‘them’ or ‘who’, has been discredited more often in the past year. For example, the actor was arrested twice in the state of Hawaii. He is also accused by several women of abuse.

In August, Miller announced that he had begun treatment for “complex mental health problems.” The actor also apologized for their behavior.

Miller plays the lead role in the superhero film The Flash, which is expected to be released this year. It is not known whether the trial, the arrests and the allegations have an impact on the release of the film.
