Chico César and Zeca Baleiro are the closing attractions of SaLiPi 2024 – Cidades na Net

The Piauí Book Salon (SaLiPi) will be the stage for the musical partnership between Chico César and Zeca Baleiro entitled “Ao arrepio da lei”, a show based on the album they released in March this year.

The announcement of the show was made on the morning of this Wednesday, 5th, during a technical visit to Espaço Rosa dos Ventos with the presence of the president of Fundação Quixote, Kássio Gomes, the administrative and financial director of SaLiPi, Edilva Barbosa, the coordinators of the show the professors, Luiz Romero, Cineas Santos, the rector of UFPI, Prof. Dr. Gildásio Guedes, vice-rector of UFPI, Dr Viriato Campelo, TRT-PI secretary of governance and strategy, José de Anchieta, TRE-PI strategic planning and management advisor, Raimundo Júnior.

The presentation will close the activities of the 22nd edition of SaLiPi, on June 16th, on the Marcus Peixoto Stage, in the Rosa dos Ventos space at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI).

“Chico César and Zeca Baleiro are artists who connect with books and reading, so I have no doubt that this show will be remarkable”, highlights the President of the Quixote Foundation, Kássio Gomes.

SaLiPi 2024, which will open this Friday, the 7th, at the UFPI Cine Teatro pays homage to journalist and librarian Graça Targino. With the theme “Reading is a state of grace”, the event has a diverse program with lectures, literary chats, literary writing courses, book fairs, artistic, cultural and musical presentations.
