One Manchester United Player Will Follow Lionel Messi to Inter Miami

Liputan6.com, Jakarta- Inter Miami continues to strengthen its team to satisfy Lionel Messi. Most recently, David Beckham's club is trying to bring in Manchester United players for free in the 2024 summer transfer market.

Argentinian Media TyC Sports this week it was reported that Inter Miami is serious about bringing in defender Raphael Varane. This Frenchman will still have the status of an MU player until June 30 2024. Starting in July, Varane will be free to move clubs for free.

The 31 year old player did not have his contract extended by MU. New investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe did not activate the additional 12 month contract clause because he felt that Varane had minimal contribution and his salary was too high. Ratcliffe is willing to let Varane leave for free in the summer of 2024.

MU under Ratcliffe's control did change club policy. They are trying to strengthen the team's finances by throwing away players with minimal contributions but large salaries. Apart from Varane, Anthony Martial was also kicked.

Varane has not yet decided where he will continue his career after three seasons playing at Old Trafford. However, the former Real Madrid player will have no difficulty finding a new club. Atletico Madrid, Lens and Inter Miami are hunting for his signature.

Inter Miami claimed TyC Sports be in the front row. Varane might be interested in trying out the United States League (MLS) because he can play with Lionel Messi, who has been his rival for the last few years when he was still playing at Real Madrid.
