Crypto Prices Today 7 May 2024: Bitcoin and Ethereum Are Sluggish Again

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – The prices of Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrencies were observed to experience mixed movements on Tuesday (7/5/2024). The majority of top cryptocurrencies were observed to be in the red zone again.

Based on data from Coinmarketcap, the cryptocurrency with the largest market capitalization, Bitcoin (BTC) weakened again. Bitcoin fell 0.72 percent in 24 hours and 0.97 percent for the week.

Currently, the price of Bitcoin is at USD 63,401 or the equivalent of IDR 1.01 billion (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 16,034 per US dollar).

Ethereum (ETH) also weakened. ETH fell 1.79 percent in the past day and 4.53 percent in the week. That way, currently ETH is at the level of IDR 49.32 million per coin.

The next crypto, Binance coin (BNB) strengthened slightly. In the last 24 hours BNB rose 0.07 percent but is still down 0.89 percent on the week. This makes BNB priced at IDR 9.46 million per coin.

Then Cardano (ADA) was back in the red zone. ADA weakened 0.38 percent in the last 24 hours and 0.40 percent in the week. That way, ADA is at the level of IDR 7,305 per coin.

Meanwhile, Solana (SOL) is still strengthening. SOL rose 5.70 percent in a day and 11.21 percent in a week. Currently, the price of SOL is at IDR 2.46 million per coin.

XRP was observed to be in the green zone again. XRP grew 2.24 percent in 24 hours and 4.68 percent in a week. In this way, XRP is now priced at IDR 8,676 per coin.

Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) is weakening again. In the last day DOGE fell 2.14 percent, but still gained 8.65 percent a week. This makes DOGE trade at the level of IDR 2,517 per token.

Stablecoin Tether (USDT) and USD coin (USDC) both strengthened 0.01 percent today. This means that the prices of both of them remain at the USD 1.00 level

Meanwhile, Binance USD (BUSD) strengthened 0.01 percent in the last 24 hours, leaving its price still at the USD 1.00 level.

Meanwhile, today's overall crypto market capitalization is at USD 2.34 trillion or the equivalent of IDR 37,521 trillion.
