Gisele Bündchen's ex apologizes to the model after joke about new relationship, says magazine – Cidades na Net

Gisele Bündchen was reportedly bothered by jokes made by comedians about her new relationship with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente during a Netflix comedy special in which Tom Brady, the model's ex-husband, was the target of comedians' jokes.

On the program, comedian Nikki Glaser claims that Brady, a former American football player,'s only mistake in his career was encouraging his ex-wife to play a sport.

“Tom Brady. Five-time Super Bowl champion, a career full of victories and touchdowns,” she says. “The only thing dumber than accepting the invitation to be on this show was saying, 'Hey, honey, you should try jiu-jitsu.”

Brady and Gisele were married for over a decade. According to US Magazine, she was “deeply disturbed” by the content of the jokes. The two maintained an agreement not to detail their relationship to the public.

“She feels that talking about her new relationship crossed the line. Tom came to her to apologize. The two have a cordial relationship and only talk about their children”, says the publication Brady would have called to apologize.

The relationship between the athlete and the model came to an end in October 2022. The two are parents to Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10

Joaquim Valente has been teaching jiu-jitsu since 1993, when he moved from Rio de Janeiro to Miami.
