Harry Kane claims the German public secretly supports the England national team in the 2024 European Cup
Apart from support from fans, Kane also received support from his Bayern teammate, Thomas Muller. He left a message for Kane at the Weimarer Land Golf and Spa Resort, England's headquarters during the 2024 European Cup. Previously, this location was used by the German national team for warm-up matches.
“Tommy left me a little note, because they were here a few weeks ago,” Kane said. “He said the golf course was great but the weather wasn't so great! It looked fantastic, the hotel was amazing and being in Germany felt like home.”
Kane will lead the England national team in the opening Group C match against Serbia in Gelsenkirchen, Monday (17/6/2024) early morning WIB. With England and Germany among the favorites to win the tournament, expectations and pressure are high on both teams.
