Furthermore, Apple is reportedly going to use the same chipset for all iPhone 16 models. This is slightly different from Apple's habit of using different chipsets for the regular and pro variants.

As is known, last year, Apple used the A16 Bionic chipset for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. While for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, the company uses the A17 Pro chipset.

But for this year, that habit will change. Citing information from GSM Arena, Wednesday (3/7/2024), there is a code in Apple's backend that states that the four iPhone 16 models will be armed with the A18 chip.

However, there is a possibility that Apple will still provide a difference. It is not impossible that the regular iPhone 16 line will use the A18 chip, while the Pro variant uses the A18 Pro.
