Kim Ji Won Learns Valuable Lessons about Love from Hong Hae In in Drakor Queen of Tears

Queen of Tears itself tells the story of a couple from different backgrounds, namely Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won), the heir to Department Store Queen, and the son of the head of Yongdu Village, Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun). The two get married, and face an unexpected crisis in their relationship.

Hong Hae In finds out that he has an illness that will prevent him from living long, while Hyun Woo secretly can no longer stand their marriage. In the midst of this crisis, Yoon Eun Seong (Park Sung Hoon) appears who has mysterious intentions of approaching Hae In.
