The PS5 comes with countless features, many of which will likely be found on the PS6.

Sony is certain to include new features along with the features that existed in the previous generation.

Some of the rumored features include Storage Expansion, Backward Compatibility, 3D audio (Tempest and/or Dolby Atmos), and cloud streaming.

Another thing that is presented is more PlayStation Link integration. PlayStation Link is a wireless audio connectivity standard developed by Sony.

Sony adopted the standard in the PlayStation Portal, Pulse Explore earbuds, and Pulse Elite headset.

There's a good chance Sony will want to incorporate this technology into its next console to have a more connected ecosystem.

Sony also has interesting patents, with some of the more prominent patents relating to features on PlayStation controllers.

The latest patent describes a controller that can double as an earbud charging case.
