Crypto Prices Today 24 May 2024: Bitcoin Corrects Again

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – The prices of Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrencies were observed to experience mixed movements on Friday (24/5/2024). The majority of top cryptocurrencies were observed to be in the red zone again.

Based on data from Coinmarketcap, the cryptocurrency with the largest market capitalization, Bitcoin (BTC), is weakening again. Bitcoin fell 2.34 percent in 24 hours, but still gained 3.35 percent on the week.

Currently, the price of Bitcoin is at USD 67,449 or the equivalent of IDR 1.08 billion (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 16,102 per US dollar).

Ethereum (ETH) is still strong. ETH crypto rose 1.10 percent in the past day and 28.58 percent in the week. That way, currently ETH is at the level of IDR 60.75 million per coin.

The next crypto, Binance coin (BNB) weakened again. In the last 24 hours BNB fell 2.95 percent, but still gained 4.88 percent a week. This makes BNB priced at IDR 9.60 million per coin.

Then Cardano (ADA) was back in the red zone. ADA slumped 4.24 percent in the last 24 hours, but is still gaining 0.55 percent on the week. That way, ADA is at the level of IDR 7,453 per coin.

Meanwhile, Solana (SOL) weakened again. SOL fell 0.72 percent in a day, but still strengthened 10.15 percent in a week. Currently, the price of SOL is at IDR 2.81 million per coin.

XRP was observed to be in the green zone again. XRP rose 0.14 percent in 24 hours and 2.25 percent on the week. In this way, XRP is now priced at IDR 8,478 per coin.

Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) is weakening again. In the last day DOGE fell 3.95 percent, but still gained 6.45 percent a week. This makes DOGE trade at IDR 2,560 per token.

Today's crypto prices, namely stablecoin Tether (USDT) and USD coin (USDC), both strengthened 0.01 percent. This means that the prices of both of them remain at the USD 1.00 level

Meanwhile, Binance USD (BUSD) strengthened 0.01 percent in the last 24 hours, leaving its price still at the USD 1.00 level.

Meanwhile, today's overall crypto market capitalization is at USD 2.54 trillion or the equivalent of IDR 40,873 trillion.
