Djokovic: Best Alcaraz in the World Elite Tennis Rankings

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Novak Djokovic admitted that he was disappointed after losing the Wimbledon final to Carlos Alcaraz. However, the Serb spoke highly of Alcaraz, whom he considers the best tennis player on the planet.

Djokovic revealed that the 20-year-old Spaniard has elements of three elite players in his game, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Djokovic.

“I think people have been talking in the last 12 months about (Alcaraz’s) game consisting of certain elements of Roger, Rafa and myself. I agree with that. I think basically he’s the best of the top three players the world,” said Djokovic.

“He has the mental resilience and maturity for someone who is 20 years old. This is quite impressive. He has the mentality of a Spanish bull to compete and that fighting spirit and defense that we have seen with Rafa over the years,” he said.

Djokovic also praised strength backhand the player is 183 centimeters tall. “And I think he has some sliding backhand which is good that he has some things in common with backhand I. backhand two hands, survive, able to adapt.
