Drama 6 goals, Newcastle vs Aston Villa draw

Fulham regained the lead in the 36th minute thanks to a goal by Bobby Reid. The 2-1 position for The Cottagers advantage lasted until the first half was over.

When the second half had only been running for two minutes, Fulham increased the lead to 3-1 after Carlos Vinicius managed to beat Brentford’s goal. But just one minute later, Brentford reduced the deficit thanks to Kristoffer Ajer. The 3-2 score lasted until the game was over.

With the victory over Thomas Frank’s team, Fulham are now in second place in the Premier League Summer Series pre-season tournament standings. The first position was occupied by Chelsea, who also beat Brighton and Hove Albion the day before with a narrow score of 4-3.
