Blizzard has announced that all players who pre-purchase Diablo IV on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC can now play early access to the open beta, which will last until March 20 at 4:00 PM ET.
Other players will be able to traverse the Gates of Hell during the free open beta, which starts March 24th at 1pm and ends March 27th at 4pm.
On Early Access and Free Open Beta weekends, players will be able to play through the opening phase of Diablo IV, which includes a campaign preview with the Prologue and all of Act 1. You’ll be able to explore the first area, Fractured Summits, as want: go out through the rugged landscape and eliminate demons.
Characters will only be able to advance up to level 25, but it will be possible to continue defeating demons until the open beta ends.
This is your chance to test the game before it launches on June 6th. But keep in mind that the experience isn’t finished, there may be performance issues, interruptions and parts of the game that just don’t work.
