“We are seriously looking for the 11 best Indonesian national team players to compete in the U-17 World Cup. Previously, 17 selected participants were selected in three cities. The hope is that the U-17 national team selection in Jakarta this time will contribute the most to the Indonesian national team,” said Erick.

The Indonesian U-17 national team is also scheduled to face the South Korean U-17 national team in a trial match. The 2023 U-17 World Cup will take place in Indonesia from 10 November to 2 December 2023.
