iPhone Users Spend More Money in the App Store Than Android

Regardless of spending on apps, the iPhone has a way of keeping users from getting too close to the screen. When it detects a face that is too close, the system will display a warning to move the iPhone screen away from the face. According to Apple, this feature will reduce the risk of myopia (nearsightedness).

While placing the screen close to the face may not harm the eyes directly, according to healthcare organization Cedars-Sinai, it can stress the user's eyes to the point of irritation.
